1. Introduction

Welcome to Igniteafter40. By accessing our services, including our coaching programs, group sessions, and membership content at https://igniteafter40.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Description

We provide the following services:

➡️ One-on-one health coaching sessions

➡️ Group coaching programs

➡️Monthly membership content and support

➡️Digital wellness resources and materials

3. Program Terms

3.1 One-on-One Coaching

➡️ Sessions must be used within 60 days of purchase - unused sessions do not roll over or get refunded unless prior arrangements are made.

➡️ [24 HOURS] notice required for cancellation

➡️ Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited

➡️ No refunds on unused sessions

3.2 Group Programs

➡️ Access granted for duration of program plus [7 DAYS]

➡️ Live sessions cannot be made up if missed

➡️Recordings available for [14 DAYS] after live session

➡️No program sharing or redistribution permitted

3.3 Monthly Membership

➡️ Billed on a recurring monthly basis

➡️ [7 DAYS] notice required for cancellation

➡️ Access terminated at end of paid period

➡️ No partial refunds for unused time

4. Payment Terms

➡️ All prices are in [US Dollars]

➡️ Payment is due in full before services begin

➡️ We accept [Credit card or Debit Card, (Visa, mastercard, American express, Discover, paypal, Wave,] Apple pay, Bank transfer/ACH (optional), Venmo, or Zelle (optional for trusted U.S. -based clients)

➡️ Late payments may result in service suspension

5. Refund Policy

➡️ 1:1 Coaching (Private Clients): All 1:1 coaching purchases are non-refundable. This is a high-touch, customized service that requires time, energy, and commitment from both parties. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued — even if the client chooses not to complete the sessions. Rescheduling is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice

➡️ Group Programs (Live or Hybrid): Due to the digital nature of the materials and limited group capacity, all group coaching programs are non-refundable. Please be sure you’re fully committed before enrolling. If a live program is canceled by the coach, a full refund will be provided or a credit toward a future program.

➡️Memberships (Monthly Subscriptions): You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next scheduled payment. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused time, or missed sessions.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

➡️ Provide accurate health information

➡️ Participate actively in programs

➡️ Maintain professional boundaries

➡️ Keep login credentials confidential

➡️ Not share or redistribute materials

7. Medical Disclaimer

Igniteafter40 provides coaching and educational services only. We do not:

➡️ Diagnose medical conditions

➡️ Prescribe treatments

➡️ Replace medical care

➡️ Guarantee specific results

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

➡️ Workbooks

➡️ Videos

➡️ Worksheets

➡️ Meal plans

➡️ Exercise programs

are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We protect your privacy according to our Privacy Policy. Client information is kept confidential except when:

➡️ Necessary for payment processing

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

➡️ Lost profits

We reserve the right to terminate services if you:
